("SignalGap", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit signalgap.ai, create an account, or use any SignalGap product (collectively, the "Service"). SignalGap may use third-party service providers, including AI infrastructure providers, to process submitted information and generate outputs. These providers act on our behalf under written agreements and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing or model-training purposes.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information (for example, government IDs, payment-card numbers, protected health information, or other regulated personal data of third parties) unless you have authority to do so and understand the risks. SignalGap is not designed as a HIPAA-, PCI-, or similarly regulated processor.

SignalGap does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for those parties' own advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required opt-out rights.
We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a commercially reasonable period afterward to support backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Some information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form, or where legally required.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), bcrypt password hashing, scoped database access, multi-tenant data isolation, and access logging. SignalGap is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
